1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1.1 How to Request a Return
To request a return or exchange, email us at:

- Your full name
- Order number
- Photos (if applicable)
Please wait for our Customer Service team to review your request and provide further instructions.
1.2 Important Notes
- Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Customer Service will provide a return form which you must include in your package. Returns without the form cannot be processed.
- Bundles: If your purchase included a bundle, all items (including free items or gifts) must be returned together to qualify for a refund. Partial bundle returns are not accepted.
- Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
2.1 On Delivery
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you notice:
- A manufacturing defect
- The wrong item shipped
- Missing items
- Damage during shipping

2.2 What We Need From You
When reporting an issue:
- Provide your full name and order number
- Attach clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue
2.3 Resolution
We will work with you and our supplier to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, you may receive:
- A replacement
- A partial or full refund
Please note: Returns are not accepted if the product is damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse.
3. REFUND CONDITIONS
3.1 Eligible Reasons for Refund:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Item not as described
- Package lost in transit (verified)

3.2 Non-Refundable Situations:
- Buyer’s remorse (“I changed my mind”)
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Product damaged by customer use
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier (within a reasonable timeframe)
4. RETURN SHIPPING
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective item), we will cover the return shipping or offer a replacement at no additional cost.
- If the return is for other reasons (e.g., not wanted), the customer is responsible for return shipping and associated costs.
5. HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
